Adecco is recruiting a detail-oriented and high-energy Utilities Operations Specialist to join our clients team. This client is a provider of High-Quality Logistics Properties in Major Markets Throughout the U.S. This role requires a blend of accounting expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will play a key role in setting up leasing accounts, reviewing utility clauses for commercial leases, and assisting with building processes.
This role is hybrid in Ft Washington, PA. Please only local candidates apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and manage leasing accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Review utility clauses in commercial leases and provide insights.
Assist in streamlining and improving building processes.
Manage and route ticket items efficiently.
Conduct research and support various ad-hoc projects as needed.
Utilize Yardi for lease administration and data management.
Apply accounting skills to support financial aspects of leasing operations.
Leverage Excel expertise for data analysis, reporting, and process improvements.
Maintain a helpful, responsive, and proactive approach to team and tenant needs.
Communicate effectively across departments to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience in commercial leasing, property management, or accounting preferred.
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced functions).
Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software.
Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and conduct thorough research.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
A high-energy, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
