With over five decades of excellence, our client specializes in producing high-quality stainless steel bars, wire, and welding wire across multiple international locations.


Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

  • Minimum of 10 years' proven success in sales within the stainless steel wire industry, specifically to OEMs and End-Users.

  • Expertise in sales strategy development and execution.

  • Strong techno-commercial sales skills with a deep understanding of customer relationship management.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of stainless steel wire products and their applications.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial spirit.

Salary Range: Competitive, commensurate with experience and industry standards.

Job Description: As a Regional Sales Representative, you will be pivotal in driving business growth for our client's high-quality stainless steel wire products across diverse industries in the USA. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with OEMs and End-Users, identifying new opportunities, and negotiating contracts.

  • Staying abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform strategic sales approaches.

  • Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, offering technical support, and resolving issues promptly.

  • Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and to identify product enhancement opportunities.

  • Reporting regularly to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
