Join one of the world’s largest and most influential financial institutions as a Vice President of Operational Risk Management. This leadership role offers the opportunity to drive critical risk programs across the branch, ensuring compliance with heightened regulatory standards and fostering a strong risk-aware culture.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and enhance branch-wide operational risk programs, including Operational Risk Issues Management and New Activities Risk Management
  • Provide oversight and training to strengthen the first line of defense
  • Develop and implement remediation plans for operational risk framework issues
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for RCSA execution and risk governance
  • Oversee risk reporting, communicate key initiatives, and respond to regulatory inquiries
  • Mentor and develop team members while ensuring adherence to policies and strategic objectives

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; CFA, CPA, FRM, or MBA preferred
  • 8+ years of banking experience, including 5+ years in operational risk management
  • 5+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of risk frameworks (e.g., COSO) and regulatory compliance
