Job Summary: As a Fine Dining Waiter/Waitress you will be an integral part of creating a memorable dining experience for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to provide impeccable service, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and attended to throughout their visit. You will collaborate closely with the culinary team and other staff to deliver a seamless and elegant dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Present menus, describe dishes in detail, and offer personalized recommendations.
- Take precise food and beverage orders, accommodating special requests and dietary needs.
- Serve food and beverages with grace and attention to detail, adhering to fine dining standards.
- Anticipate guests' needs and provide proactive, attentive service.
- Clear and reset tables meticulously, maintaining a clean and refined dining environment.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
- Uphold all establishment policies and standards, including health and safety regulations.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance service skills.
- Contribute to team meetings and collaborate with colleagues to ensure exceptional service.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a fine dining setting or upscale hospitality environment is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work gracefully under pressure and handle multiple tasks with poise.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of fine dining etiquette and presentation standards.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.

Pay Details: $9.00 per hour
