POSITION SUMMARY: The Production Assistant will provide essential support for the production team. The primary duties of the Production Assistant will be to fill, cap, and label bottles of Marie Veronique product in a high quality, conscientious manner. The Production Assistant may also pull ingredients for upcoming production runs and receive incoming ingredients as well as help enter batch details for production runs, complete batch paperwork and assist with stock counts. The Production Assistant needs to be flexible and help in our warehouse with packing and shipping.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Fill, cap, and label bottles with constant attention to quality.

  • Assist entering batch details needed to complete production runs.

  • Ensure work meets or exceeds standards and monitor the quality closely in order to fix repetitive and recognized problems immediately.

  • Manage proper storage at Solano location of all final product, ensuring product is completely covered, batch labeled accurately, and sealed from further oxidation.

  • Verifies that only accurate, current, and authorized documentation is available in production area.

  • Enter batch details needed to complete production runs including tracking and recording any non-standard events.

  • Cross-train in warehouse duties including packing and shipping

  • Adheres to all safety rules, using the required protective equipment.

  • Ensure that relevant work areas are clean and organized.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English.

  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.

  • Good computer skills.

  • Ability to handle essential oils without incurring adverse health issues.

  • Good dexterity and hand strength.

  • Able to lift and carry 30 pounds.



Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
