Job Posting: Warehouse Associate - 1st Shift
Pay Range: $17.00 - $20.00/hr (based on experience)
Location: [Richmond VA
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 1st Shift (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Position Overview:
We are seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Associates to join our team! As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in our warehouse operations by ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of products. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong work ethic and attention to detail who want to grow in the logistics and warehouse industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently
Operating warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and hand carts
Maintaining inventory accuracy
Labeling and organizing products for shipment
Preparing orders for delivery, ensuring timely processing
Assisting in stock replenishment and maintaining clean and safe work areas
Collaborating with other team members to meet productivity and safety goals
Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred, but not required
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
Ability to push/pull fully loaded carts or pallet jacks
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic understanding of warehouse operations is a plus
Pay & Benefits:
Competitive pay based on experience ($17.00 - $20.00/hr)
Monday to Friday, 1st shift (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Pay Details: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour
