Adecco is hiring immediately for a Warehouse Associate position in San Antonio, TX. Multiple shifts available. This is an opportunity that will give you valuable experience to enhance your career.
1st Shift: $14/hr.
2nd shift: $14.50/hr.
3rd Shift: $15/hr.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: This position reports directly to the
Warehouse Manager.
• Load and unload trucks on daily basics ensure all the product loaded and
unloaded is correct, case count and pallet count.
• Be able to work in freezer and on weekends
• Be a team player motivate.
• Must be able to use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Responsible for assisting the Warehouse Manager in the successful and timely
flow of warehouse operations.
• Assist with and oversee all warehouse work on a daily basis
• Establish and maintain warehouse areas and arrange as needed, to always
ensure orderly and safe conditions
• Responsible for working with the Warehouse Manager to ensure accurate and
timely shipping and confirmation of all orders
• Work with warehouse staff on order fulfillment
• Review weekly inventory transfer needs, from external warehouses
• Ensure drivers are being loaded, and sent out of Warehouse at reasonable/
allotted times in the AM (beat traffic rush)
• Receive and process sample orders as well as ecommerce orders with sales
support
• Denote and notify of shortages or failed shipments
• Work with team on next day order fulfillment
• Establish and maintain inventory control systems for all finished goods, materials,
etc. and always keep inventory current; notify any inventory discrepancies
• Recommend tools, fixtures, equipment or layout changes to improve workflow,
productivity, quality of work performances. Recommend improved methods,
records, etc. to enhance quality and efficiency. In order to increase productivity
• Monitor and provide the quality assurance of the finished product, and delivery
date deadlines necessary for customers

Pay Details: $14.00 to $15.00 per hour
