Job Title: Light Industrial Assembler – Warehouse Support
Location: On-site in Tigard, OR
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $
18.43/hour
Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire (based on budget and business needs)

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting one or more functions within the warehouse, such as shipping, receiving, or product staging. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble products or components as part of a team

  • Transport and stage products within the warehouse

  • Maintain clean and organized work and storage areas

  • Follow safety protocols and company procedures

  • Perform other duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in a warehouse or light industrial setting

  • Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift materials as needed

  • Team player with strong attention to detail

  • Familiarity with production processes, quality control, and warehouse equipment


Additional Requirements

  • Must pass a background check and drug screening (no exceptions)

  • Forklift assessment may be required

  • Steel-toe shoes required


Interview Process

  • Casual interview with a facility tour




Pay Details: $18.43 per hour
