Job Summary:
Adecco is seeking Warehouse Associates in Rochester, NY. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for receiving, organizing, and preparing high-value audio/video equipment for installation and shipment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring inventory is handled safely and efficiently, supporting field technicians and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and log incoming audio/video equipment and accessories.
Safely handle, label, and store items in an organized warehouse environment.
Prepare equipment orders for installers and delivery, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and stock areas.
Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
Assist with packaging and shipping of products to clients or job sites.
Coordinate with project managers and technicians regarding delivery schedules and materials.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely.
Follow all company safety procedures and report any hazards or incidents.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ year of warehouse or logistics experience preferred, especially in electronics or AV equipment.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and handle delicate, high-value components with care.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Familiarity with inventory software or scanning systems a plus.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Benefits:
Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
