Warehouse Supervisor

Warehouse Supervisor opportunity in Whitestown, IN with a global online fashion and lifestyle retailer. 

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, leading and motivating a team to meet productivity and safety goals. This role requires strong communication and leadership skills, as the supervisor will serve as the main point of contact for team members. The ideal candidate will proactively address operational challenges, ensure efficient collaboration, and maintain smooth workflow across all warehouse functions. 

  

Schedule Options:  

• Monday – Thursday; 6am - 430pm  

• Monday – Thursday; 4:45pm – 3:15am 

• Friday, Saturday, and Sunday; 5am – 5pm 

• Friday, Saturday, and Sunday; 5pm – 5am 

  

The position comes with:     

• Annual Salary: $60,000 – $80,000, depending on experience 

• Production Bonus: Up to $5,000 annually

• Paid Time Off: 3 weeks of PTO for new hires, plus paid holidays, floating holidays, and sick days 

• Medical: United Healthcare – $24.89/week (single) or $151.36/week (family)
