Warehouse Worker

Adecco is hiring immediately for Warehouse Workers at a local client in Austin, TX. Warehouse Workers do essential jobs with one of our premier clients, with starting pay at $24.00/hr., plus available overtime. As a Warehouse Worker, you will support daily warehouse operations by assembling boxes and packing products—manually or with the assistance of automated machinery. You’ll be part of a supportive team that works together to keep the facility running smoothly. Whether you’re new to warehouse work or experienced, you’ll enjoy a fast-paced, team-focused environment where your attention to detail and teamwork really matter.

Requirements: 

 

• High School Diploma or GED 

• This position is entry-level, no experience needed 

• Capable of reviewing and aligning work with the production schedule for efficient shift execution 

• Ability to perform repetitive arm and torso movements while standing/walking for extended periods 

• Ability to perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, stretching, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation 

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. 

• Must wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) throughout the shift, including steel-toe boots, safety glasses, earplugs, hairnets, and bump caps, as required by the facility 

• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and off-shifts as needed 

• Must be comfortable working in a loud manufacturing environment affected by seasonal temperatures

Pay Details: $24.00 per hour
