As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a key role in the movement, processing, and handling of products and materials. What You'll Do

  • Shipping & Receiving: Load/unload pallets and cases from trailers, manage incoming stock, and ensure accurate inventory processing.

  • Order Fulfillment: Pick and fill orders using technology, pack shipments, and load trailers efficiently.

  • Material Handling: Move materials such as empty pallet boards, cardboard boxes, and product containers.

  • Sanitation & Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness of your workspace, sweep floors, dispose of trash, and support sanitation tasks as needed.

  • Carton Management: Sort cartons, assist crane operators, and manage recycling of cardboard.

  • Inventory Support: Participate in weekly product counts and assist with inventory control efforts.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

  • Be prepared to stand and walk for 90–95% of your shift.

  • Work in a physical environment—expect loud noise and varying temperatures based on season.

  • Regularly lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing between 15–50 lbs.

  • Bend, climb, stoop, stretch, and kneel with or without accommodation.

Note: Indoor climate control is limited in warehouse and manufacturing areas.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED (must appear on all resumes)

  • Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and off-shifts as needed

  • Willingness to work overtime as required

  • Must wear steel toe boots to enter the facility (mandatory PPE)

  • Ability to wear safety gear such as hairnets, bump caps, and safety glasses

  • Clean resume—no contact info or agency logos

Dress Code

  • Casual but appropriate clothing for light industrial work

  • No ripped clothing, jewelry, false eyelashes, or artificial nails




Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
