Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) required.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the Private Banking space, with a focus on IRA retirement, wealth management, and client relationship management.
Strong proficiency in systems such as PACE, CMT, SALESFORCE, and FIRST.
Intermediate-level Microsoft Office Suite skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage the IRA Resource Center AOP WIP and complex situations requiring advanced technical expertise.
Review and approve AOP WIP submissions, monitor progress, and authorize a wide range of new account engagements.
Service the Enterprise-wide Private Bank and niche external clients.
Collaborate with internal partners (FA’s, Sales, Tax, Compliance, SAM, ART, Operations, Technology Groups, and Trust Administration) to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient administration.
Manage business risk under the guidance of senior team members.
Act as a technical resource for the team and field-based officers.
Pay Details: $35.17 per hour
