Responsibilities for a Workers' Compensation Claims Examiner include but are not limited to:
Analyze mid- to higher-level workers' compensation claims to determine benefits due.
Ensure ongoing adjudication of claims within company standards and industry best practices.
Develop and manage claims action plans to resolution, coordinating return-to-work efforts.
Identify subrogation of claims and negotiate settlements.
Candidates for Workers' Compensation Claims Examiner must meet the following requirements to be considered:
Minimum 3+ years as an indemnity examiner handling CA Workers' Compensation claims.
Must be located in California (remote in CA).
Working knowledge of regulations, offsets, deductions, and medical management practices.
Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills.

Pay Details: $46.42 per hour
